2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–25 business days depending on customs and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination of your order.

4. Tracking Information

  • Claims for lost shipments must be reported within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please notify customer support within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.

  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

  • All claims must include the order number, description of the problem, and supporting images.


8. International Shipping and Customs

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

9. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status:

  • The customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping or return processing fees.
