Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@officetrove.com.
If your return request is approved, you will be guided through the return process. Officetrove will provide you with the return address where the item must be shipped.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Alternatively, upon request, Officetrove may issue a discount coupon code, allowing you to purchase additional products without paying the amount again.
Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above, including original condition and packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
